Orienteering is a challenging outdoor adventure sport, enjoyed by people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, that tests navigational skill and fitness in order to complete a course in the fastest possible time.
Orienteering is also a recreation suitable for all members of the family from age 2 to 92. It gives healthy exercise at whatever pace is comfortable to you.

British Orienteering is the National Governing Body for the sport of orienteering in the United Kingdom, formed in June 1967. Made up of 13 constituent associations, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and 9 English regions - each responsible for orienteering within its area; plus the British Schools Orienteering Association. British Orienteering is a member of the International Orienteering Federation.

I'M IN is the new Disability Gymnastics programme from British Gymnastics, which aims to create more participation opportunities for more disabled people in Gymnastics. The programme will support a network of gymnastics clubs and coaches to plan and deliver quality gymnastics opportunities for disabled people. The programme will also raise the profile of Disability Gymnastics; increasing the demand for gymnastics by disabled people and enabling them to become involved in our exciting and accessible sport.
Currently, there is no scheme set up in Oxfordshire, therefore this is meant for clubs that can joining the programme. Further information can be found in the attachment bellow.
