Gymnastics is a multi-disciplinary sport that can provide opportunities for people of all levels of ability and of all ages across Oxfordshire.
The disciplines that fall into the gymnastics umbrella range from women's and men's artistic that you'll be used to seeing as part of the Olympics, to "general gymnastics" which is the name we give to the recreational form of the sport that's provided by most clubs and provides for children of pre-school age right through to adulthood, and we also have the increasingly popular disciplines of trampolining and cheerleading.
