Sport Relief Is Back!

Sport Relief is back from Saturday 17th to Friday 23rd March, and we're excited to announce that Park Club Milton are taking part!

We'd love you to join us, we have the following events available:

1- Les Mills, Retro weekend – Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March.

Saturday 17th March

Body Combat 08.30, 1st ever release

Body Step 09.35, retro releases

Body Pump 10.25, retro releases

Body Vive 11.30, 1st ever release.

Sunday 18th March

Body Pump 09.30 with Anne-Marie, retro release

Body Combat 10.35 with Anne-Marie 1st ever release

Body Balance 11.40 with Maz, release 10

Book online two days before, open to non members, donations at the door. All money to Sport Relief.

2- Sport Relief daily fitness challenge – Join us at lunchtime every day, Monday to Friday, and complete a different fitness challenge, £5 per day or £20 for the week, all money going to Sport Relief, see below for details:

Monday 19thOutdoor boot camp session, 12:15-13:00.

Tuesday 20thSwimming (as many lengths as you can do in 30 minutes), 30 minute slots between 12:00 – 13:30.

Wednesday 21stFIT ZONEcircuits, 12:15 – 13:15.

Thursday 22ndStudio Cycling, 12:15 – 13:00.

Friday 23rd - 5k run around Milton Park, 12:30, starting from outside the Innovation Centre.

3- Get Active, use our facilities – At Park Club Milton we are opening up our facilities to non-members for Sport Relief week, from 17th – 23rd March, and all you need to do is give a donation to Sport Relief (minimum £3 donation). So come along and enjoy use of our gym, swim or exercise classes! Please note exercise classes can only be booked 1-day in advance for non-members.

Money raised through Sport Relief helps to support over 2,000 projects, both here in the UK and across the world, helping vulnerable people to live healthier, happier and safer lives. By taking part and raising money, we'll be making a difference across a wide range of issues, including mental health, malaria and maternal health.
