Fusion Lifestyle

Club of the Year

Fusion Lifestyle is a leading independent registered charity which provides quality sport, leisure and fitness activities and facilities to local communities. We are delighted to once again support the Oxfordshire Sports Awards and to sponsor the Club of the Year award.

As a registered charity, all profits generated by Fusion are reinvested in facilities and service improvement. In recent years, we have enabled the investment of more than £150m into community facilities. Operating throughout the UK, we take pride in maintaining local identity and providing extensive training and employment opportunities in the communities that we serve. In 2015 we were voted Large Employer of the Year in the industry's Active Training Awards.

We believe the Oxfordshire Sports Awards is a great event that recognises the efforts and sporting achievements of many people in our community. We have been proud to support this event every year since we started working in partnership with Oxford City Council to provide top class leisure facilities to the residents of the great city of Oxford

In practice, that means investing all profits back into providing quality leisure and fitness facilities for the good of the communities where GLL operates. Alongside the organisation's core leisure and library divisions, GLL runs sport and legacy development, health intervention and education, as well as offering the GLL Sports Foundation, one of the largest independent support programmes for talented young athletes in the UK.

Oxford City Council

Junior Sports Team of the Year

Once again we are very happy to be supporting the Oxfordshire Sports Awards and this year sponsoring the Junior Sports Team Award which recognises the fantastic achievements and commitment of some of our local young people involved in sport.

Engaging people in sport and physical activity from a young age has far reaching benefits for our communities and is something we value and support through a number of projects; including our Youth Ambition programme.

The Oxfordshire Sports Awards are a great way to reflect on the sporting achievements in the city and county from the last year and in particular to thank all of those involved in helping to make this sport happen and we are looking forward to being a part of the event again this year

Sports Team of the Year

We would like to congratulate all volunteers and officials for all their hard work and we recognise the vital role volunteers play in sport

Oxfordshire County Council Public Health Team

All of the nominated schools have made fantastic achievements this year, and I look forward to meeting them in January"
